基于路面堵塞情況愈發(fā)嚴(yán)重和各國(guó)倡導(dǎo)綠色低碳的環(huán)保理念，在日常通勤中，越來越多人喜歡以自行車、電動(dòng)自行車等交通工具代替汽車出行，不僅可以減低了塞車遲到的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，也能踐行減少碳排放的環(huán)保舉動(dòng)。

2011年5月13日，CPSC對(duì)自行車提出16 CFR PART 1512標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求，并于2011年6月13日正式生效。進(jìn)口該類產(chǎn)品至亞馬遜美國(guó)站，需要符合16 CFR PART 1512標(biāo)準(zhǔn)并提交報(bào)告，否則有可能會(huì)面臨產(chǎn)品被下架、收益被沒收等風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。

1. 亞馬遜美國(guó)站的要求

此外，亞馬遜也有可能要求賣家提供以下信息：

公司名稱（如適用）和seller ID；

聯(lián)系信息：電子郵件地址和電話號(hào)碼；

發(fā)布的所有自行車商品的包裝圖片（如適用）、說明書或手冊(cè)、一般合格證書（GCC）（圖片必須包含商品和商品包裝的所有面）；

符合強(qiáng)制性自行車標(biāo)簽要求的證據(jù)（16 CFR 第 1512 部分）- 商品圖片或測(cè)試報(bào)告；

由ISO 17025認(rèn)證實(shí)驗(yàn)室出具的檢測(cè)報(bào)告，確認(rèn)商品通過檢測(cè)，符合上述適用要求。

兒童自行車還需要：

符合強(qiáng)制性追蹤標(biāo)簽要求的證據(jù)（CPSIA第14 (a) (5) 節(jié)）- 商品圖片或測(cè)試報(bào)告；

發(fā)布的所有兒童自行車的兒童商品證書（CPC）。
